We recently loaded our mother during the holidays. My mother had already planned her services and she used Neptune for her cremation. My brother and I were still in grief when we had to meet with Dawn at our local Neptune office. Dawn and Jamie were so kind, caring and understanding to us. Dawn was very professional and offered us a beautiful option for my mother’s Ashes. They were very helpful and guided us with making sure my mothers services were exactly that she wished for, from a beautiful angel statue that holds my mothers ashes, to prayer cards , obituary and programs.
