I could not love Marie and Animal Heaven any more.... I have lost several pets over the past 6 months. Marie has been there for me throughout each of them. She made herself available for me to bring my babies up to her instead of leaving them at the vet's office for pickup. She could not have been more compassionate and caring at such an emotional and heartbreaking time. Marie made sure that my pets were returned to me within a day or 2. She clipped their fur for me and made prints of their paws. I can never thank Marie enough for her kindness and compassion to me and my fur family. She has made an unbearable process much easier to deal with. I highly recommend Marie and Animal Heaven!

Thank you Animal Heaven for bringing our handsome boy KitKat back to us within a couple of days. The beautiful presentation box gave him the dignity that he deserved. The wonderful gift of his paw print was gratefully appreciated. Thank you for your love and caring of our fur baby.

Marie was kind and caring. She didn’t rush me and she asked about my Jeffrey. I felt she was very sincere and understanding of my grief. Jeffrey was wrapped in a small bag with a certificate that these were her and only her remains and all of this in a lovely wooden carved box with her name on the bottom. My girl is home and I’m thankful for Animal Heaven’s service and kindness. I highly recommend this business.

I recently lost my 14.5 year old Dachshund, Vince, and found Marie in my search for cremation services. When we spoke over the phone, Marie was so kind and asked about Vince. She made me feel good, as good as you can be when losing a pet, and I was touched by her choice of words when she said “I would be honored to take care of Vince”. When I dropped Vince off, she complimented Vince and asked such nice questions about him. She really assured me he would be in the best hands and gave me the biggest hug as I left Vince with her. There is a special place in heaven for people like Marie and the service she offers. I picked up Vince’s ashes the very next morning and he came to me in a beautiful wooden box with a certificate, some of his hair in a little baggie, and a lovely poem about the rainbow bridge. I’m relieved to have Vince back home with me, right where he belongs. Thank you once again Marie ❤️

We drive over an hour to get to animal heaven when there’s a few cremation places minutes from our house because it’s totally worth it. Marie is so kind and so compassionate. It’s so nice to deal with someone like that in your darkest time dropping off your pet that has passed. It’s the hardest thing to do and Marie takes a little of the pain away. I tried one other place near me that had excellent reviews and went right back to Marie after. Other places are bigger businesses. You don’t know how many different people handle your baby. Here it’s just one women at her home from drop off to pick up you deal with her the entire time and she was so sweet patting my bunny and saying how adorable they are and you see how she loves animals and truly cares for each one she handles. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you a million times Marie you’re a gem!
