I've used this place 3 times over the years. Highly recommend. You get a paw print, fur & a plastic urn for a basic cremation. They have a nice selection of upscaled urns or boxes. Jewelry choices for ashes. Your taken back into another section just for pets. Place is nice, quiet & comfortable. I've delt with the head owner twice & another staff member. Always pleasant.

This place could not have been better. They really care and do not try and upsell you on a bunch of stuff. Our dog Riley was big and over 100lbs and the price was very reasonable. Also, they made the process quick which we were very grateful for. Could not recommend them enough

Can’t say enough about how they handled the death of our cat. Warm and friendly demeanor, particularly in allowing my 4 year old to be part of the selection process. It did wonders in helping him get over the loss of his first pet. Services were performed professionally, quickly and for a reasonable cost. I encourage everyone to patronize this business as your pets cross the rainbow bridge. 🐾

John and Linda were absolutely amazing. This was my first loss of a pet and I had no idea what to do or what to expect. My beloved Sonny (sun conure) passed away on Sunday. I called Monday and was greeted by John. He was compassionate and caring. Gave me all the details and the step by step process. He told me if I needed to think about it take my time. I called back a couple hours later to make the appt to drop him off. Linda was wonderful, she even asked me do you spell his name S-O-N or S-U-N. I knew I made the right decision to bring my boy here. Everyone assumes its S-U-N because hes a sun conure. When my husband and I got there John wheeled out a gurney. I was thrown back. Even tho Sonny was this little parrot, they treated him and us with the respect of any other animal or human. I picked up Sonny's ashes today (next day) greeted by John. I am so grateful for them, they made the worst time of my life, the worst experience a pleasant one. Would reccomend to anyone.

My dog passed suddenly early Sunday morning. West Arundel Crematory was one of the few local crematorium that were open on Sunday and were close. They were very nice and accommodating. Their prices are extremely reasonable, especially for a large dog. Their service also comes with a lock of hair, and paw/nose prints included which were all outrageous add-ons at other places I looked up. After dropping her off, they called less than 24 hours later for me to pick up. They're very efficient and don't leave you waiting to pick back up your loved one.
