I called the day after my brother had passed and immediately found the right place for my brother, Casey was wonderful and helped me to the best of her knowledge. When I arrived on Tuesday for the small service the place was nice, clean and well organized. The gentlemen that helped when i came in (I think Gary) was just as informative as Casey was, he was kind, empathetic and told us to take our time and said whenever you are ready we are not here to rush you, which meant the world to me at the moment , THANK YOU all for making the worst week of my life a little more manageable.

I truly appreciate simplicity I lost my mother Saturday they helped me through the steps and treated me with respect and listened as I shared my mom and I story they took very great care of her thank you all so much.💐❤️

Based on the website and generally good reviews, I called for information on services for my uncle who recently passed. The man I spoke to was very matter of fact and lacked compassion given the circumstances. He quickly rushed through a generic checklist of questions, but as soon as he learned that my uncle had a living sibling, he advised the sibling would have to sign off on the cremation before they could handle. I attempted to explain that this would not be possible as my uncle has had no contact with the sibling in years, and that his legal will specifically appoints me as his executor and also specifically states that the sibling was intentionally omitted; however, he said it didn't matter as it was their company policy. He said I could call other providers, but they would not handle, and ended the call. In hindsight it was great advice and was for the best as this was not a great interaction/first impression, and I did immediately find another provider who has been caring and exceptional to work with.

Easily the nicest group of people I’ve met. Kind, compassionate, and understanding. They fulfilled my grandmother’s wishes with the respect and dignity she deserved. You can’t go wrong going through Simplicity. Best company to meet your loved one’s final wishes. Thank you to Simplicity staff for all you do!

My loved one was at this funeral basically on a gurney with a sheet and no clothing. He didn’t look presentable at all. It’s like they didn’t care because he was getting cremated. I wouldn’t give no stars if you ask me. Seeing him like that disappointed me.
