If you're thinking of using them for cremation, my review may be valuable to you. I called the day my father died and didn't get a return call. When I followed up two hours later to note the nursing home had a timeline they assured me they'd call back. They never did (it's now 5 days later). Go with MD Cremation Services. Excellent, compassionate service that was prompt and thorough.

My father passed away at Seasons hospice due to complications from COVID-19. His final wish was to be cremated. I found SERENITY FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES online and Seasons Hospice also referred them to me. There was a call center that took your call, they than got in touch with the director to reach out to you . Mr.Cullen Harris was so pleasant, caring, understanding , and is not there to take advantage of your wallet. Very reasonable price and stuck with their quoted rate on the website. Mr. Harris did not try to upsell anything. He was exceptional throughout the whole process did not push anything on you. He answered all question and did anything and everything to make this process as easy a possible. I’d like to thank Mr. Cullen Harris for the great comfort with one of the most difficult aspects of life. I would highly recommend them!

I chose Serenity Cremation based solely on internet reviews and price. I live out of state and my research did not let me down. Price was WAY better than I had imagined cremation would be. The staff were all VERY professional and kind! Everything went so smoothly that I was amazed. Thank you all!

Hard enough to have to make this call, but was told person that handles this was busy, would call me back. Twice in 3 days I called. No one called me back. Will go elsewhere.
