We have been using Regency for cremation services for years and love everything about them. Their office staff is helpful and polite. We absolutely love our driver, he is punctual, polite and treats the pets with the upmost respect. We always appreciate everything they do, thank you Regency :)
This company bought out a pet crematory in Alexandria, VA, and stopped providing cremation services there. I used to be able to get my pets cremations back the following day. Not anymore. Terrible. Just terrible.
I just recently got my fur baby ashes back today. I went through Regency via my vet. They did a wonderful job - that box and name plate was just what we wanted.
