My sweet Lola passed away on New Year’s Eve. I have never done pet cremation before, I did some research then looked in places and this was the first company to come up! From the phone call Zane was very caring filled me in on everything and we got an appointment set up. Durning Arrival Logan’s was very nice ran me threw everything I felt like my sweet girl was in the best hands! Highly recommended!! Thank you so much for the loved you guys showed her

Rainbow Bridge Pet Services was there on the 4th of Jul when we lost our sweet boy Sir Woodard of 11.5 years to FIV, whom we rescued infected with FIV. He was absolutely the sweetest boy of any cat we've ever had. Rainbow Bridge did a great job with preserving his and our dignity and just getting everything right. Our cat had the greatest tail and they put together tail clippings in the perfect manner to keep his and our memories of him alive. Thank you so much. I will definitely use them again and recommend their services. Additionally, I don't have dogs but I briefly observed their dog kennels and they appeared to be top notch and clean.

I cannot say enough good things about Zane and the folks at Rainbow Bridge. We turned to them after deciding not to use another service following the unexpected and sudden passing of our pup. Zane was (is) extremely responsive, detailed-oriented, and showed compassion and empathy from the first call, which I’m not sure one would receive from other such services. We greatly appreciated how Zane communicated with us throughout the process, and even taking an extra step without batting an eye on our behalf that ensured our pup was in the right hands. We equally appreciated how Rainbow Bridge allows you to personally pick up your friend to ensure they come home safe and sound. It’s never easy losing your furry friends unexpectedly, but I can say that I would not trust anyone other than Zane and the team at Rainbow Bridge to do this again for us. They make it easier to start the healing process. Thank you again for everything you did for our family, Zane and Rainbow Bridge. I know Finn would have loved visiting the property, too.

We recently had to say goodbye to our sweet dog, Sophie, and we are so grateful to Rainbow Bridge Pet Services for the care and compassion they showed during such a heartbreaking time. From the very beginning, they were incredibly patient with us — allowing us the time and space we needed as we went back and forth on our decisions, never making us feel rushed or pressured. The process was handled quickly and professionally, but with a genuine kindness that brought us a great deal of comfort. When we received Sophie’s ashes, we were deeply touched by how beautifully everything was presented. The box and the paw print were absolutely beautiful — it was clear that great care had gone into honoring her memory. We came across rainbow bridge pet services during a very hard time. Our sweet little baby Megan was an 11 year old puppy. She became very ill rather quickly. I called on Thanksgiving and about 7:00 p.m. and my phone call was answered in two rings. I spoke with Zane, he was great. He answered all of our questions. He was ultra polite. I could not have asked for a better person to talk to during such a stressful time. All together it was a very pleasurable experience. We highly recommend their services their professional and very time-oriented. If you ever find yourself in the situation this is the crew you would want to deal with. Thank you for everything!
