Maryland's Newest & Most Modern Pet Crematory. Locally owned & operated by Experienced Funeral Professionals. Complete selection of Unique & Memorable Pet Urns
Sad to have to go here, but they provided excellent service. Our dog Brownie passed on Sunday, and we brought him here the next day. We were greeted by Jim. Requested paw print. Returned Wednesday to pick up his remains, paw print, and fur.
The prices here are significantly better than the competition, but the details are a little lacking. I was given my pet's remains in a different urn than I requested, and the formatting on the engraved nameplate was so wonky I can't use it. No one called to verify the remains were ready for pickup, which I would have appreciated. They did not try to upsell me, however, and I'm confident the cremation was done properly. All in all a reasonable choice, but if you're feeling really sensitive or want a fuller package service you might consider going elsewhere.
I DO NOT recommend this company at all. I lost my dog of over 17 1/2 years. The shop manager David lacked compassion and empathy. The experience was treated as if I were dropping off a pair of shoes. The shop person didn’t not say I’m sorry for your lost. I was treated as a number and not a person. I was told “you can sit your pet here, fill out this form, how do you want to pay and pick up anytime on Tuesday”! It was a horrible experience while in the process of grieving my pet. If I could I would give them zero stars! I did share my feedback with David, who had excuses instead of taking accountability as the manager. He actually said “hes sorry that I FELT that way” and that he usually does express sympathy and that he’d taken lots of calls and that they are busy. What does all of that have to do with poor customer service? Unfortunately in some industries you don’t get to have a bad day and pet cremations is one of those! Avoid this place at all costs!
My fat boy got cremated here. I was so sad I thought I wasn’t goin be able to afford anything but the are & have endless choices to choose from for your pet .He passed on June 18 the man was extremely nice to me my dog had more ashes then expected so he gave me a bigger box free of charge I was so happy but sad at the same time! I will definitely recommend to all my dog moms an in the future I will be bck .
I realize it is Christmas Day but the person I spoke to this morning should learn some compassion. He sounded annoyed that he had to return my call first of all. Then, I explained that our dog passed late last night. He said to bring her by tomorrow. When I mentioned that would be 48 hours or so since she died and I was concerned about her body, he told me to put her in a box or bag and put her outside...it's cold enough. Now, I understand why but have some compassion.
