Kim at Dulaney Valley Pet Loss Center was amazing. She was so compassionate and stayed in constant communication with me. This was a terrible loss for me, to have to put down my best friend, but I felt very supported. They arranged an after hours pick up for me, and Clifton showed up right on time. He was kind, and took care of Frank. If you suffer the loss of your friend, please call them.

The staff were kind and accommodating when our beloved dog of 16 years passed away. They treated our late shih tzu with respect and provided the service we needed to say our final goodbyes. It’s never easy to lose a pet but whatever you’re looking for to grieve, Dulaney Valley Pet Loss Center will do right by you and your family.

Go here! Their service was perfect. Our beloved dog Marina passed away yesterday and Kim and Marty were so compassionate. They waited for us to get there even though it was time for them to close. They gave us space to grieve and say our goodbyes, let us come back today to say goodbye one more time and returned her ashes to us with respect and love. 5 stars is not enough! Thank you Kim and Marty for letting us guide the process and for your incredible support!

Kim, Yen and Marty thank you so much for allowing us to pick up Chao's so fast. This allowed us to have him back home in less than 3 days. We couldn't wait to pick him up.
