Wonderfully nice people & a smooth, quick process! Prices are totally reasonable & their individual cremation policy is actually really amazing & brought me relief during the passing of my cat, as I'd had an issue with a previous pet & previous crematory. My baby was cremated with her favourite flowers & they even sealed her in a custom urn I'd brought with me. Thank you to Dave for making such a hard day a little easier! (:

We called this place cause add said very compassionate Our beloved goat earl passed away and needless to say we spent a ton of money on vet bills so did not have a lot of money for cremation. I called and spoke to a woman that gave me a price and needless to say I was 50.00 short of the money so I called back to see if something different could be done or maybe just a small price decrease. A very nice gentlemen answered the phone and said he would call the owner and check with her but not likely. He called back and told me in her words “ I do not negotiate price” compassionate huh???? Maybe I’m just a big hearted person and would gladly budge. But to me this is bad service we honestly were short by 50.00. Was told to freeze him until we have the money. Compassionate huh??? Not thinking so! It’s not like I asked for a freebie! Could have at least given me an alternative! I can say this. My goldfish won’t come here. I have read other reviews too. No thanks.

My dog passed at home after normal vet and crematory hours on a Saturday evening. After calling numerous places, I was referred to Best Friend by an actual funeral home. The gentleman who answered the phone explained to me that the shop was currently closed. After hearing the despair in my voice, he offered to meet me at the shop and he would open it up to allow me to drop my beloved pet off. This meant the world to me.

I have no clue how this company is other than my experience so take this as u will but I think who ever did my dogs paw print should be fired my dog who had all 4 pads on his paw has a print that only has 3 of the 4

Losing a pet is always hard. They made the next steps so simple, including how to treat Chase until we could get him there the next morning (grim, I know, but necessary). They let my daughter in the back to say goodbye twice. The paw prints and box for his ashes are lovely, and they were even thoughtful enough to save us a bit of his hair. I cannot recommend this company more for a final goodbye.
