We brought our cat Olive in yesterday for some congestion and mobility issues. Everyone on staff was so sweet and prompt with getting back to us with answers. We ended up needing to have her put down, due to health issues we didn’t even know about that would have caused death naturally very soon anyway. The staff were so sweet to us and let us know every step of the way that there was no wrong choice to make. I am still crying over the loss of our baby, but the staff there made the whole experience so much more easy, and for that I am so grateful.
The staff was friendly and helpful. CSR was friendly and helpful from the first phone call to check out. The doctor explained my treatment options clearly and was wonderful with my dog, Biscuit and the technicians were rock stars from start to finish making us feel confident in every aspect of care Biscuit received.
As most of you know, our pets are our babies, our best friends, our companions and the most special pet in the world. The PVESC staff, from the front desk all the way to the doctor, make you feel like they feel exactly the same way. They are pleasant, caring, knowledgeable and reassuring. The whole place runs like a well-oiled machine. I will feel that my puppy is in very good hands when she has to go in for surgery.
We've consistently had positive experiences here with our dog Nimbus. The staff are always kind, competent and compassionate, and every time we have left truly feeling that the care we received was the best possible for the scenario. While I hope our mischievous dog will never have to visit another Vet ER again, I wouldn't hesitate in my decision to bring him here again. To all the staff, thank you for everything you do.
They are there for a reason specialists 10/10 it's not in the old port area so parking is a lot easier. They did initial intake and evaluation on my cat Geralt the Doctor was really awesome. He advised what he thought should be done as first steps unfortunately I didn't get paid until the next day otherwise I would have been able to do all of that. I was able to at least take that info/plan pay the 160 walk-in real and I had to bring Geralt to ER again the next day when I was paid…but this time I opted for a little closer. Geralt doesn't have an obstruction thanks to X-rays. Everyone working this Thursday when I brought my cat in 🐾 I like direct communication the doctor was awesome the staff were awesome!!!
