We pre-planned my mother’s funeral and we found Kennedi to be incredible. Helpful, informative, confident, and assuring, all while being very relatable and keeping a sense of humor throughout the process (very necessary and appreciated). We never felt like we were being sold to or having anything pushed on us. She made a very daunting task feel manageable and as close to pleasant as possible given the circumstances.

From the beginning to the end, Jones Rich and Barnes truly lived up to the word dignity. From the planner all the way to the execution of my late husband‘s funeral, their attention to details were immaculate and sensitive to the whole situation. I would highly recommend this company. My Dad, Paul E. Leohner had his service, etc., in 2009, at Jones, Rich & Barnes funeral home, and recently my mom had her service, etc., here as well! Jones & Rich made a difficult time much simpler for our entire family. The initial planning meeting put us all at ease. We felt listened to, we appreciated the help in making decisions, and we were relieved to be able to trust Bob and his team to guide us through every step of the way. Everyone was so professional yet incredibly warm. I especially appreciated their responsive to any of our questions and the follow up and check ins to be sure they were meeting our expectations. They went above and beyond. We felt so fortunate to be in such good hands at such a sad time. My family and I are forever grateful.
