The first call I made upon the passing of my Mom was to Jeff Hobbs. The Hobbs are a wonderful family and have attended to every detail in the passing of my four grandparents and, now, both my parents. Jeff Hobbs, Jeff Inman, and Randall Hobbs are so very professional and personable. Even the receptionist on the phone conveyed such compassion. Making end of life arrangements is never easy, but the Hobbs family treats you like you are a member of their family. I can't recommend them enough.

Wonderful family service. The Hobbs family has provided funeral services for three generations. In this case, I was out of state and needed to put on a funeral in southern Maine. I found Hobbs on Google Maps and believed the reviews. They were accurate- Hobbs is amazing. They located a pastor, provided a selection of caskets in all price ranges, took care of every detail at what I thought was a fair price. I can not recommend them highly enough to help you through a sad time.

Hobbs Funeral Home is amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone who may unfortunately need a funeral home. When we lost our infant recently they did everything they could to help including helping us find an urn through another company. Thank you Hobbs Funeral Home and your team, you did more for us during an otherwise devastating time than you could ever know.

Made the process of cremating my mother extremely traumatic. She had taken her own life and the person handling the cremating process, practically forced me to see her body, which I adamantly insisted I did not want to do. This is incredibly insensitive and downright disgusting. Please do not take your loved ones here. RESPONSE- I do not have the wrong funeral home. This is the correct funeral home that you traumatized my family And loved ones But thank you for the continued gaslighting. Should not be surprised given the service that you would try to shirk responsibility From your staff. If you’d like to respond to this, please go ahead, but there’s really no point because this place is absolutely morally corrupt! You can go back to August when this happened and check because I have not had enough time during my grieving to come to this site and give you the terrible review you deserve. I don’t know how you sleep at night.

I recently worked with Randall Hobbs after my husband died. He was caring, attended to every detail and a complete professional. He took care of transferring my husband's social security to me, he assisted in the obituary and then had it published in multiple publications. My family and I are extremely grateful to him for his thoughtfulness.
