Final Gift Pet Memorial Center

Thank you final gift for treating our beloved family member as if he was your own. His memorial box was nothing shy of perfection and it sits next to us in our family room. Special thank you to Jose for being professional and courteous to all of my questions and keeping me updated on the process. We are forever grateful ❤️

It has been terribly hard losing our Kiki. She was my cat and loved to get on my lap. When I received her back, I was so appreciative beyond words at the wooden urn with her gold name plate on top. The footprint was a wonderful surprise and all the other details included. Thank you for being so compassionate in every detail. It meant a lot to me.

Received my 13 year old beloved lab Levi’s remains today and was so upset.His urn is a cardboard cylinder not a metal urn which is what the picture depicted. The cardboard urn leaked ashes all through the velvet bag. We received a call from Derick regarding the issues we experienced and he was so understanding and empathetic to our loss and situation. He sent a beautiful black metal urn out overnight for our pets ashes and even engraved it with his name. He was in contact with us consistently over the next few days to make sure everything was acceptable and vowed he would do whatever it takes to make it right. We are so thankful that the issue was handled fast and with such compassion! As well as the quality control to figure out what went wrong and how to make sure it would not happen again.

Today we lost our 14 year old beloved Sami. We were absolutely devastated and at a complete loss as to how the cremation process was handled. Reached out to Final Gift and from the first interaction on the phone our minds were put at ease. I was able to drive directly to their location and was met at the front door by a gentlemen who welcomed us and treated Sami with the respect and dignity she deserved. I was able to return later today and retrieve our Sami in a beautiful urn. Final Gift made a very difficult time in our lives much less stressful. Thank You so much.
