I have used them for two family members my dad and mother in law and both times have had amazing customer service they are very helpful with the hard and sensitive nature of the services that are needing to be handled and always there for anything they can help with even two years later when I was ready to purchase a permanent urn for my dad after moving out of state and mailed it to my door handled everything by phone and email for me
They don’t return phone calls. Called on Thursday. Talked to answering service and left message. No response. Going elsewhere.
