Funeral director Daniela McLellan was amazing. Beginning with our very first meeting she was kind, compassionate, patient, explained things very well, answered every question, and it was clear she loves her job. Throughout the planning of my husband’s Celebration of Life service she replied timely to every inquiry. She was very easy to talk to and it felt like we had known one another for a long time. Prior to, during, and after the service and visitation she checked in with me several times and made sure I was well taken care of. The remainder of the staff was great as well and I appreciate everyone.

Was not too happy with how they treated my family. Even though they kept the name, It’s not the same since the Hutchins sold out. Do yourself a favor and use a local funeral home

When we lose a loved one , it is the most sad, painful, worst experience one has to endure in this life. My Dad transitioned to heaven on Jan 11 and it was the worst day of my life.. I remember my Dad telling me he wanted AT Hutchins in charge of everything after his passing. My Dad has always been wise and smart.. I need to tell you about AT Hutchins.. AT Hutchins is the family owned company you want for your loved one.. Your loved one deserves the best!! All staff members were friendly, cordial and kind.. Jeff , our assigned funeral director took the time the family needed to discuss plans. He was fully detailed in explaining everything and was very patient with us. Our family time was his time!! Dad looked great and was treated and talked of with the utmost dignity.. Mark Hutchins the owner also worked with this family and he too was kind, generous, patient, detailed.. I could list so many wonderful examples of how wonderful this place was during a time of great sadness for the family.. I will list just two examples.. Example 1) On the two evenings of our privately scheduled family wakes, the family stayed over an hour to two over the scheduled time we had decided on.. The family actually lost track of time...After family making remarks about being sorry for staying over the estimated time of stay, both Jeff and Mark made statements to family letting us know that it is no big deal, not a problem, it’s understandable. They said their funeral home is our home and take as long as we want with Dad .. They said they understood the importance and we the family could feel their genuineness and compassion.. This is so important during the passing of a loved one.. There are multiple examples of this.. The second example is how organized they are.. All you need to do is show up and they will guide you on what you need, what needs to be done, what choices there are etc..etc This company is definitely high quality, professional, experienced, organized, detailed, compassionate, genuine.. If you want a DVD made of your loved one with multiple photos and different music genres, Mark will spend countless hours with you until you are happy!! These folks will spend countless hours with you in everything along this journey!

The love of my life passed a month or so ago. It was sudden and unexpected. I was in a fog which I am only now coming out of. I knew nothing about A.T. Hutchins - or any funeral service for that matter - and chose them for their location and website content. I am so glad I did. They were empathetic, accommodating and very pleasant. I told them his wishes and they took care of everything. I worked with Jeffrey, but had contact with a couple others. Each one was knowledgable and professional. I thank them all.

Our family would like to thank A.T. Hutchins for everything they did for our family member. They were very calming, understanding and professional from beginning to end. The support from their staff was excellent! Thank you for being there.
