Advantage funeral services exceeded my expectations. They were very professional and quick to respond which I appreciated. They handled my dad with care during such a hard time

This has been the second time I have used there services. The first was good the second not so much. The woman I talked to over the phone sounded elderly although I never met her. She had difficulty with her computer which was quite unnecessary as it was hard enough to relay the info. Also she did not return my calls and I ended up with someone named Brian who was able to take over.. I had enough going on not to have to be frustrated by her.

Such compassion and kindness given during the worst time in my life. They told me exactly what I needed to do and basically took care of everything. They also took such incredible care of my husband while preparing for his final arrangements and gave such respect and concern for him and offered to help with special requests without hesitation. shamus was so helpful and has continued to be helpful even after all was said and done. I can’t thank the people at Advantage enough for making this difficult time a little less awful for me and our whole family. We need more kind and caring people like this in the world!

I highly recommend planning your/your loved one’s funeral in advance. The staff at Advantage was forthcoming, helpful, and kind at the time of the advanced planning and again when my mother passed away. They are available by phone 24/7 and answer email questions in a timely manner. Very professional.

Most amazing place, my mother in which whom was cremated would be very satsfied.
