My sweet Sally passed away at 11:15 Oct 24, 2025. We called Vincent that afternoon when Vet told us she could not be saved. Words cannot describe Vincent’s kindness, compassion, and empathy. He was waiting for us at almost midnight and was so professional. If you have the misfortune of losing your furbaby, please consider using his service. I’m very grateful to have came across White Bridge. After losing my gecko, their understanding and kindness really helped during these times. They got my little one’s foot prints for me and a beautiful box. She stayed during later hours of the day until I arrived. They did a great job, I’d recommend their services.

I don’t even know where to start. We lost our dog, so unexpectedly and in a truly traumatic way. I’ve been an utter mess, and the owner and staff were so understanding, with everything. They were always kind, and even when I was stressing over some things, the owner was so caring and met me with an answer to every question. They truly treated bear( my dog) and me with such respect. I’m so glad I found this place, especially with needing to find a place fast, they made us feel like family. Thank y’all for being so kind!!
