The Boyd Family Funeral Home took great care of our family during such a difficult time. From our very first meeting, Juanesha and Chrissy treated us with warmth, patience, and genuine care. Ms. Juanesha walked us through every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure every detail was handled with dignity and respect. What stood out most was how personal she made the experience-she truly listened to our wishes and went above and beyond to honor our loved one's memory. It felt like we were being cared for by someone who truly understood what we were going through. The entire funeral home was peaceful and well organized, but it was really Juanesha's and Chrissy’s kindness and professionalism that made all the difference. Our family is grateful for Boyd’s support and the comfort they provided during one of the hardest times in our lives. My mother passed away unexpectedly which is the hardest, the family has always utilized another funeral over many years, however I selected Boyd.. I was apprehensive after my decision due to the reputation and years the family utilized it's competitor... I was pleased from my initial interaction until the end. I felt like I was treated like family and not a number. I called several times with questions, changes etc and was accommodated with patience. The office staff was responsive, kudos to Inez and Candace. The gentleman that was present to allow us to view our mother was patient and professional. My mother was beautiful....Her hair, makeup, suit, rosary, and jewelry were well put together... The staff at the actual funeral were professional, and Mr. Boyd made a visit before services started which I felt was so comforting...Staff assisted the pallbearers in a professional, kind manner. . The Boyd staff at the cemetery maintained their professionalism and assisted with family there, and the Dove release. Thank you to all the Boyd family funeral home staff. I am happy with my decision....
