Pet Angels Crematory

I am completely dissatisfied with this company. They returned my cat's ashes to me in the wrong urn, which came with a big dent in the fake wood (though the name of the product itself claimed it was wood). The replacement they sent was also cracked. The guy I talked to on the phone even told me "We just got a new facility with new people so we're making mistakes." Seriously?! At this point, I can't even be sure that they're my own cat's ashes in that urn. I was promised a refund but STILL have yet to hear back from them. Talk about an angry customer!

I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the price for services. The lady I spoke with over the phone was so kind and helpful. She patiently described the process and answered all of my questions. The gentleman I dropped my pet off with was also very kind. I went into the main building to make my payment and the woman who helped was very sweet. I later picked up the remains from the same gentleman, who was again very kind on our second encounter. Encountering kindness from three separate employees speaks volumes. I also appreciated the pet loss book and certificate I received. The remains were labeled nicely in a white box, not just a bag. Those little touches made things a little easier for me.

They came to my home and transported my furbaby for cremation. Then they set me up an appointment to pick out an urn. It all happened so fast. Everyone was so friendly and understanding. Thank you for making my fears not be so bad. I was extremely pleased with the price. Thank you all very much.

I tragically lost my fur baby and brought her to have her cremated. Everyone I encountered here was extremely friendly and sympathetic. I sincerely appreciate all the small little touches that were included.

If you are stationed in Fort Johnson (Polk) this is the best facility to have your pet cremated. Very professional.
