Heaven's Pets At Lake Lawn Metairie

We had our Sofi cremated by Heaven’s Pets and are so glad we did. We received the package yesterday, just a couple of days after her passing. Everything was just beautiful, from the box her ashes were in, to the sweet notes and writings. The way each item was packaged and handled with such care exceeded our expectations. The paw print was perfect with not a wrinkle or smudge. I didn’t expect to have such an emotional response to the complimentary patch of fur but getting to holding this physically intact piece of her in my hand did me in. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for treating our Sofi with dignity and respect❤️ We will treasure it/her always!

The staff were very thoughtful and caring on our calls. I was kept up to date throughout the process. Our girl was treating with love, dignity and respect. We are forever grateful to everyone who helped us through the loss of our Sadie.

I love this place! My dear Dr.Who passed away early this week at 44 yrs of age. This has been so hard on me and I can’t thank Heaven’s Pets enough for all that they do, they made grieving feel a little bit easier. I called around to other companies and no one was able to offer the keepsakes that I wanted. Their incredible job speaks for itself! At such a tough time I felt everyone I spoke with was both compassionate and understanding. Caroline went over and even double checked everything and confirmed my wishes. When Heaven’s Pets called to let me know they had Arlo I was met with a compassionate voice on the other end. A calm loving tone that was much needed. They made sure I was getting all the right things which was great because my vet had gotten Arlo’s birthday wrong, but it was corrected for the little gold plaque that came with his ashes and lock of fur. The package is lovely, the paw print is darling, and the letters from my pet was a very sweet thing to read. The price is lower than other pet cremation services. I am very happy my sweet boy was handled by them in the end.
