I can’t say enough great things about Dr Brooks at All Pets. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. They treated my dogs with such compassion and care, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. It’s rare to find a vet who combines medical expertise with such a warm, personal touch. My dog was calm and comfortable the entire visit — which says a lot! I truly trust Dr Brooks with my dogs health and well-being. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy vet, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Brooks at All Pets. She goes above and beyond every time!

Recently brought my rescue here for her one year shots and check up. Upon arriving, I was surprised to see separate entrances for dogs and exotics versus cats. That's brilliant! Her name was on a chalk board welcoming her in which I thought was a sweet touch. The staff behind the counter was kind and courteous and answered so many questions. When it was our turn, we went to the back and the tech was so thoughtful and kind and answered as many of our questions as she could. When the vet, Dr. Dufrene, met us she immediately answered all of my questions. She and the tech both seemed to really care about my dog and her health and needs. I'm glad I heeded the advice of everyone else who commented about the great care their pets received. Picture of the board and the happy patient attached. :)

All of the medical professionals are very caring and knowledgeable. They take the time to ensure your pet is getting the best and most appropriate care. Nice front desk experience.

My cat Ashe went in yesterday with an emergent condition and had to stay overnight. My son and I struggled to come up with payment, and the manager told us, "Don't worry about it tonite. We'll figure it all out tomorrow." Martie, at the front desk, is so friendly and kind, she kept a smile for us and didn't make me feel like I was annoying her with all our issues and questions. I didn't expect to get that same treatment from everyone we encountered, though. Everyone, and I DO mean everyone, were so gentle, and kind, and supportive in this crisis. My furbaby came home today much improved. For me, it's the customer service. They understanding that the humans need care as well. I am a customer for life!!!

Dr Dufrane is top-notch. Spends so much time with my sweet man. My dog means the world to me, and I know he is in great hands here. I came from out of town and took a while to pick a location. This establishment is not disappointed.
