Catherine at Pet Passages was an amazing person throughout this whole painful process, and I even gained a friend because of all of this. No one wants to deal with this situation, but it is an unfortunate necessity at some point for anyone who takes on the duty of being a pet parent. I was treated with kindness and compassion, and I was very satisfied with how my baby's final arrangements were handled. I cannot say enough great things about this business.

When I lost my dog Max recently I knew I didn't want to put another pet in the ground. I decided that cremation was gonna be the best option for me and I was fortunate enough to speak to my vet's office and they recommended Pet Passages. It was the best decision I could have made. They were respectful and kind and understanding in my time of loss. His remains were processed quickly and returned to me within several days. I cannot recommend this service enough.
