I am so grateful to have come across Paws Remembered. Brad was very sincere and compassionate throughout the process. His mom was very sweet and supportive as well. I never experienced a situation where I had to decide what to do afterwards but I couldn’t stand the thought of the process of regular cremation and didn’t want to bury her in case we decide to move in the future. This just seemed more like a much more peaceful and gentle way to take care of her and still be able to keep her with us. My Bean deserved the best and I truly feel like I left her in good hands. When I went to pick her up, Brad had her displayed beautifully. Her paw print came out so good. I can tell he is passionate about what he does and knows how important these memories can be to families. The cost for these memories is definitely reasonable and absolutely worth it! I wasn’t thinking to get a picture at the time because I was trying so hard not to break down and ugly cry in front of him, but it truly meant a lot! I did take a picture when I got home and was able to calm down some. I will definitely be recommending Paws Remembered and using their service in the future when the next time comes around. Today is a beautiful day, the sun is shining and I can just vision her laying in the middle of the yard soaking it all in like she always loved to do. 🌻🌈☀️ We miss her so much! Thank you so much Pope Family for making this possible! 💝
It has taken me a few months to gather my emotions and find the right words to write this. I am beyond grateful for the compassion and kindness Brad and the staff showed us during the loss of our beloved Lukus. For almost 11 years, Lukus was my best friend and truly my everything. His health declined so rapidly that I struggled to comprehend what was happening and how to do right by him. On the day we put Lukus to rest, we chose to let him go in the comfort of our home. Our veterinarian reached out to Brad, and he was incredibly prompt, respectful, and kind in coming to our home to pick Lukus up. When Brad explained the process of aquamation over cremation, I immediately knew we wanted to use Paws Remembered. The care and thoughtfulness shown throughout the entire process meant more to us than words can express. From coming to our home, to the final moments of picking up Lukus’ remains, everything was handled with such dignity and compassion. The presentation of his urn and the cards was truly beautiful. Thank you again for everything you did for us, and for genuinely caring during such a difficult time.
Andrea & Daughter Nia Brad & Kat, Losing our sweet Ragamuffin cat, TootBaby, was one of the hardest moments our family has ever faced. He was more than a pet—he was a gentle companion, a silly little friend, and a comforting presence in our home. When the time came to say goodbye, my daughter and I were heartbroken and overwhelmed, unsure how to honor him in a way that felt as soft and loving as he was.Brad helped us more than we ever expected. From the moment we reached out, Brad treated TootBaby with such tenderness and respect. Every interaction felt compassionate and genuine. Brad spoke to us with patience, explained each step of the aquamation process, and reassured my daughter in a way that was both calming and kind. We never felt rushed—only supported. The aquamation service itself gave us a deep sense of peace. It felt gentle, natural, and aligned with the love we had for TootBaby. When his ashes were returned to us, the presentation was beautiful and thoughtful. It truly felt like they understood the importance of honoring him life.My daughter said it best: “They made TootBaby feel special even after he was gone.” And that’s exactly how it felt.We are so grateful to Paws Remember, Brad and Kay for helping us through such a painful moment with compassion, dignity, and care. They both gave us comfort when we needed it most, and allowed us to say goodbye to TootBaby in a way that felt right for our hearts. Thank you so so much Brad and Kat, for helping us honor our sweet boy!
We reached out to the staff at Paws Remembered during an incredibly difficult time for our family. We had just lost our baby, Jasper, the night before. It was a very serene setting when we entered and Brad even washed the blanket we brought Jasper in. We got Jasper's ashes back a little over a week later along with a few other commemorative pieces that came with the aquamation. The process was easy and eco-friendly, and while it was an awful time for our family, I couldn't recommend a better option to say goodbye to your fur baby.
I couldn’t thank Paws Remembered enough. Had to put my sweet Bailey down last week and working with Brad and Kat was such a pleasant experience. They truly showed their compassion during this difficult time. I didn’t even know what aquamation was until I saw their company and did some research. The idea, thought, and process of it was definitely something my heart wanted over the typical cremation. Brad and Kat went above and beyond with getting everything perfect for Bailey to come home. I couldn’t help but cry on how her urn turned out and the presentation when I arrived to pick her up was so beautiful. Thank you so much for making this process easy. I will recommend your services to everyone! Appreciate you all!
