Recently, our family had to make the incredibly difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved Jett. While at the vet’s office discussing cremation options, we learned they were not using our local provider, Heavenly Acres for Pets. I was surprised and asked if we could request Heavenly Acres instead—and thankfully, they were more than happy to accommodate. During such an emotional and heartbreaking time, Heavenly Acres for Pets made the process as comforting and meaningful as possible. They offer a beautiful selection of keepsake items, all thoughtfully designed and competitively priced. Their compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. I wanted to share this review not only to thank Heavenly Acres for Pets for their exceptional service, but also to let others know that you do have a choice when it comes to your pet’s cremation, preservation, and memories. I’m deeply grateful for the care they showed our family and our sweet Jett. Where you spend your money matters more than ever.

Everyone I’ve spoken with at Heavenly Acres for pets is very kind, sympathetic, and caring. I lost 3 of my babies back to back earlier in 2024-2025. I’m so thankful for the care and concern they gave my babies and me. I also volunteer at a dog rescue. I’ve fostered dogs that have passed away and Heavenly Acres gave them the same love and care as they did my own babies. I love that they will bring your babies home as well as back to the vet. I prefer for them to come straight home though. It’s such a solemn time when they are brought back home, but whoever brings them home is so kind and caring and handles tears very well and offers soothing words at the time. Heavenly Acres is very compassionate towards what they do. Thank you for all you do for our babies who need you!

I have been “bragging on” Heavenly Acres since my first conversation with Jaci twelve days ago. I only had my rescue kitten, Othello, for five months before he succumbed to FeLV in my arms one morning. The compassion and interest expressed in that first phone call through all of the process updates to the aesthetics of the manner in which his ashes were returned vividly show the genuine thought and care Jaci and her staff put into their work. Receiving the lovely hand signed card in the midst of the process meant so much to me. My sister, in Houston, has had almost a dozen of her pets cremated there in various facilities and said she never received such extraordinary services. Thank you so very much for making this experience easier.

During some of the hardest times as a family when we had to put down our dog due to an illness. I filled out the paperwork online and paid. Jaci and her crew were absolutely amazing to say the least. With there system they have we received messages throughout the process which I would relay to my family. In less than two days we had our sweet dog back with us forever. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us!

Everyone we talked with here were the most wonderfully kind and compassionate people. We were broken hearted when our “boy” Tugga passed unexpectedly. They picked him up and took great care of him and brought him back home in a beautiful wooden urn with a paw print in plaster and a lock of his hair for us to remember him by. We are so grateful for them and would recommend their services to anyone. It made us feel just a little better knowing he was so lovingly taken care of.
