My mother pre-planned and pre-paid for her end of life journey. When the day came, all we had to do was notify Greenoaks that she had passed and then go sign the final paperwork. Our funeral director was perfectly professional. She was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and expedient in getting everything taken care of. When the time came to pick up my mother’s ashes, I asked if she could place them in 3 separate bags for myself and my siblings. It was all ready by the time we got there. Greenoaks has handled all our family’s funeral needs in the past. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Ms. Ricci & Ms. Heather were so very helpful, sweet, kind, thoughtful & professional each time I met with them--from making my mom's final arrangements, the services to a phone call from Ricci a few days afterwards just to check on me. After the initial meeting I returned with my oldest daughter to make a few changes, and she even mentioned how kind they both were. And on the day of my mom's services, Heather stopped by (on her day off) to pay her respects to me & my family...how sweet & thoughtful! ❤️ All in all, I actually felt a genuine bond formed with these two ladies Ricci & Heather, even under those difficult circumstances. They are a great pair and are definitely keepers! 🙂

I cannot say enough about Ms. Ricci Parker. She is the most caring and thoughtful funeral director I have ever encountered. Her compassion and attention to detail compares to no other! She was there for our family many times. Definitely request her services, you will be able to undoubtedly know that your loved one and the service they and the family receives, provides utmost comfort in time of grief. Thank you Ricci!!!

Flawless, beautiful, dignified, refined and kind. Both of our parents were respectfully, lovingly cared for. Suzanne Hall and David maintained complete professionalism and honored our wishes. Every detail was followed through perfectly. So grateful for their gracious ways throughout the entire process. It is a blessing that Greenoaks provided great love and rest for the family.

Ricci, David, Jennifer, Heather B. And Heather were very helpful and courteous when we came in to finalize my father-in-law’s funeral arrangements. The complete staff at Greenoaks were very accommodating. Ricci went over and beyond, even contacting us when she was off of work. The wake and funeral were beautiful honorable arrangements.
