We are deeply grateful for the exceptional compassion and professionalism Dr. Niedens showed during such a profoundly difficult time. She came to our home with genuine warmth and patience, treating our beloved dog with the utmost dignity and gentle care. Her presence brought a sense of calm and comfort to an otherwise heartbreaking moment. It was clear that Dr. Niedens truly understands the deep bond we share with our pets, and we will always be thankful for the grace and kindness she extended to our family.
I would like to thank Green Heart Water Cremation and Dr. Megan for the care and compassion she showed when handling and cremating my pet bunny Cupid. She was kind, understanding, and respectful of how much he meant to me and my family. The entire process was handled exactly as promised. The timeframe and communication was clear and accurate, and everything was done with the utmost gentleness and respect. I could tell she genuinely cared, not just about Cupid, but me and my family as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a humane and gentle way to have their pets remembered and honored peacefully.
Saying goodbye to our beloved Houdini was one of the hardest things our family has ever faced. We chose water cremation and worked with Matt, who walked us through the process with such kindness and respect. He explained how gentle aquamation is compared to traditional cremation, and knowing Houdini was treated with that level of care brought us real comfort during an incredibly difficult time. Matt followed up with us personally and handled everything with professionalism and compassion. As hard as this experience was, we felt supported every step of the way. If we ever face this heartbreak again, we wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you, Dr. Megan and Matt, for treating our Houdini—and our family—with such dignity.
In the past we have had our much loved pets euthanized at the vets office, taken away, never knowing what happened to their remains. We wanted something different for our almost 16 year old puggle, whom we adored and loved beyond words. I started researching alternatives to the current methods of cremation once we got the news our dog was in end stage kidney failure. I found Green heart in one of my searches and decided this was the going to be our choice for her at the end. We made the right choice, they have been so kind and supportive throughout. They treated our dog Sofy with the upmost respect and dignity. It has helped us get through a most difficult loss. We now have her remains at home in a beautiful polished wooden box and a treasured container with some of her fur. We highly recommend their services and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts. Talking about cremation is not easy. We are very used to knowing all about traditional flame cremation, but Green Heart offers something different. I first heard about this when making difficult decisions for our sweet Daisy this month. I was not familiar with water cremation and spent a fair amount of time researching the process. In the end, I felt that this option was for Daisy - it was gentle, friendlier to the environment, and offered a means that Daisy might still contribute to life. I recommend Green Heart and encourage others making this decision to set aside any stigma you might have. If you are reading this, I am sorry you are in a situation where difficult decisions need to be made. Dr Megan and her husband are wonderful. I am certain if you talk with them you will find Green Heart to be a wonderful alternative.
