Ratterman & Sons Funeral and Cremation Care

This is my first time ever arranging a funeral and i’m a pretty young person. Still in my 20’s. I had no idea what to do, where to even start, but i remembered my grandma used Ratterman’s to bury my grandpa. She talked about how good they were before. So when the time came to bury my grandma, i called them up. Everything was so straight forward. Aaron helped me with everything. I’m so thankful. The life insurance came in on time, the death certificates came in on time, the cemetery responded on time - everything was truly taken care of. I’m thankful for Aaron. Not just Aaron too, Elizabeth as well. They reached out multiple times to see if i’m doing okay. I plan to use them again when the time calls for it. It feels great knowing that they’re the last family I could have when it’s all said and done. Thank you guys.

Extremely pleased with Ratterman’s staff. They were very professional as well as helpful and extremely caring in guiding us through my dad’s funeral visitation and services. The funeral home is very bright and accepting, which is very helpful when experiencing grief if a loved one. The staff was readily available to assist with any and all of our needs at any time. They have even followed up with me more than once and have provided resources for guidance, if needed, in dealing with our grief. Could not have been more pleased and satisfied with this funeral home, their staff and their services.
