Me and family are so very grateful for Joseph Ratterman, It was a very stressful and overwhelming time for us since it was our very first time dealing with arrangments. He was able to work with and help guide us through the process. We would have not known what to do if it wasn't for Joseph. Very friendly and professional. I appreciate everything they did!

Joey and his team could not have done a better job with my father's funeral. They were timely and professional but above all empathetic to the requests everystep of the way. We went through Ratterman after the passing of our mother. Owen and Brandon are incredible. Both men helped us through so much at every step of the way when planning the visitation and funeral services. Everything was beautiful for our mother, and I don't think it could have been any better.

At a very difficult time the staff at Ratterman’s were exceptional. From start to finish we felt cared for in our time of need. We had allot of visitors & we used almost every room of the funeral home & we were accommodated. They were professional & caring at the same time. They seem to have procedures that are spot on.
