Ratterman’s St.Matthews did an absolutely wonderful job helping me plan a family gathering, a cremation, an obituary and all the many details surrounding the death of a beloved family member this summer. Janet and Katie were so supportive during this difficult time, making all the arrangements with care and kindness. They continued to offer support as the months passed, and reached out as the Holidays approached, knowing that this Season might be a difficult “first” for me. I appreciate their professionalism and commitment to follow up so much. They are simply The Best.

We cannot thank Rattermans Funeral Home enough for the extraordinary care and support they provided during the loss of our father. From the very beginning, Dan and Janet went above and beyond to help us create meaningful memories we didn’t even realize we wanted. They guided us in making keepsakes that we will treasure forever. The personal touches they provided were incredible. They showed so much grace and understanding as we said our final goodbyes, and they kindly allowed us to pick up all the flowers, photos, and other mementos the next day so we could spend meaningful time with our out-of-town family. They even gave our son, my father’s grandson, the special opportunity to feed the koi fish during visitation, giving him something comforting and memorable to do during a difficult time. We were very conscious of staying within our budget, and Dan and Janet were incredibly helpful, offering numerous options and guiding us thoughtfully through every decision. They were also able to meet with us the day after my father’s passing, which was a huge relief, especially since another funeral home we contacted couldn’t meet for several days. The compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by Dan, Janet, and the entire Rattermans team made a profoundly difficult time much more manageable. We are so grateful for everything they did for our family.

Ratterman Brother’s helped us through the difficult time of our mom passing. They made it easy for us to plan the funeral and visitation. They were also able to assemble all my mom’s cherished photos with family and friends into a beautiful tribute video that all of us could share.
