I want to express my sincere gratitude for the professionalism and care shown during a recent, incredibly difficult time. The loss of my beloved Fur baby was profoundly upsetting, and unexpected and Pet Angel Memorial Center handled every aspect of the process with exceptional sensitivity and efficiency. I was particularly touched by the empathy and respect you demonstrated. Your understanding and compassionate approach, referring to my pet as "your baby," eased a very painful experience. The entire process was managed smoothly and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Pet Angel Memorial Center . Pet are family and that’s exactly how they treated her. I lost my cat of 20 years a couple weeks ago. I’ve had her my entire life. Upon her passing, her remains were sent to Pet Angels. I paid extra to have her nose printed. After receiving her remains, it became abundantly clear that the nose print was a fake. I called Pet Angels and was told that it was positively real and that I could pay to watch a video of the service, (which I was totally willing to do to prove my point) and would receive a call within 20-30 minutes confirming this. 2 hours later I received a call not from a manager but from the employee who performed the service who swore that she had completed the print. Given that I’m a nice person and understanding that this was the fault of the company and not the employee, I wished her well and ended the call. Very strange that evidence of a legitimate print was offered and then soon revoked. To claim that the nose print wasn’t a fraud despite me using my intellectual abilities to decipher the difference between a sharpie and an ink print is an insult. I am not posting this out of malice, only to warn pet parents that the integrity of their baby may be disrespected and to proceed with caution when utilizing this service. The first photo is that of the “print” i received from Pet Angels, the second is a photo from online of what an ink print typically looks like, and the third is of my Sally, showing that her nose is in no way the shape of the “print” provided.

There are not enough words to express how thankful we are for Joy at Pet Angel Memorial. My husband and I had to make the hardest decision of our lives with our baby. Joy was caring and compassionate and went above and beyond every step of the way. She was genuinely interested in our sweet baby and took extra special care of every single detail along the way. We will never be the same without our Cassie but Joy at Pet Angel helped us with some sweet keepsakes that we can keep with us for years to come.

Joy and the team at Pet Angel Memorial Center provided a level of compassion and care that I will never forget. Saying goodbye to Brissa was the hardest thing I've ever done, but knowing she was treated with love, dignity, and respect gave me comfort in my darkest moments. Joy’s kindness and understanding went beyond just a service—it felt like she truly cared about both Brissa and me. Her support made an unbearable loss a little more bearable, and for that, I will always be grateful. A special thank you to Lauren, who created such a beautiful clay and ink paw print for Brissa right in front of me—it’s something I will cherish forever. And to JaMya, thank you for keeping my dear friend Laura occupied and comforted during such a difficult time. Your kindness meant the world to us.

Pet Angel Memorial went above and beyond to support my mama after the loss of her beloved dog. Their kindness, compassion, and attention to detail made a heartbreaking situation feel less overwhelming. They treated both my mom and her baby with great compassion, dignity respect, and care every step of the way. The clay and blank ink paw prints they made of my mom's dog are absolute beautiful and great treasures. We couldn’t be more thankful for the comfort they provided during such a difficult time.
