We had zero idea where to even begin to start . Basically being turned down by one I’ll call 4 different funeral homes , Joey was the only one that answered and was my 5th call . He didn't even ask many questions .. he said no welcomed us right over . And because of them and their kind and beautiful souls I feel at peace with my grandmothers passing . They helped my mamaw have the services She deserved ! Again . Thank you Seairra Bolton Perkins

Some people say that the relationship with a family and an funeral home starts at the passing of a loved one. That can't be farther from the truth. Our relationship with the Ratterman's family started much much earlier. Ten years ago Barbara Pfeiffer started her relationship with Mr Ratterman when her and her daughters went to set up her final arrangements. From day one our whole family felt that the care and needs that Barbara expected would be exactly what she wanted. Over the years, after she started her relationship with Ratterman's there was never a time that Barbara or her family couldn't call or meet with them for any questions that they had, that Ratterman's wasn't able to answer to their satisfaction. At the passing of our loved one, we prepared for what we thought would be the beggining of a unfortunate time in our lives. So of course we started to make the phone calls to get things taken care of. When we made the first call to Ratterman's and informed Joseph, like anyone, we were expecting it to be a long and tough road to get Barbara to her final resting place. Within a hour Joseph and Joe Ratterman pulled up to my sister-in-laws house, came in and introduced themselves to us, offered their heartfelt condolences, and assured us that our worries about Barbara and her care was over. To us it felt like the Ratterman's already started the easiest transition period of our lives. We met with the Ratterman's the next morning to finalize Barbara's final arrangements. Trust me this isn't a time in anyone's life that they look forward to. But when the whole family showed up for the meeting, Ratterman's were very accommodating. From the first words of the meeting until we walked out the door, nobody in the family could believe the ease of this whole process. From getting Barbara ready to the last of the ceremony at the graveside. This whole experience couldn't have been any better. From the respect that Ratterman's gave our family, to the care they gave to a wonderful woman on her final resting place, was truly amazing. So from the family and friends of Barbara Jean Pfeiffer, we want to pass along a truly heartfelt thank you to the Ratterman's for making this whole experience, as easy as it could have ever been. I can't say enough they did an amazing job for my mother Barbara Pfeiffer everyone went over and beyond for us Joey and the staff treated my family like family and made everything so much easier Thank you Ratterman so much
