Heartland Pet Cremation

I usually don't write reviews, but this one was well deserved. we dropped off our baby Loki last week. All the staff went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were took care of when it came to the cremation process of our baby boy (he was not a dog to us, but instead a son). They did an amazing job from start to finish. we picked him up today (they stayed a little after close cause we got stuck at work) he was placed in a beautiful wooden box along with a card with his paw print, a dated card stating time of cremation, a clay paw print, fur clippings from my baby, but the most amazing part was we had asked for a tooth from my baby so my husband could make a necklace and even though they weren't able to remove the tooth themselves they did call in a vet to get it removed and had it waiting in a baggie also for us. It is really hard to find businesses now days that will go that extra mile.They went that extra mile and then some. I will definitely use them again when we need them in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot recommend Heartland Pet Cremation enough. When we had to say goodbye to our sweet dog Rees, they treated her with so much dignity, compassion, and care. Although our vet, Etown Animal Hospital, has a long-standing contract with a different company that I hear is currently backed up by a month, we specifically requested Heartland—and I’m so grateful we did. Within an hour of Rees being put to sleep, Heartland had picked her up and handled everything with thoughtfulness and professionalism. She was euthanized on Friday, and by Tuesday I was able to bring her ashes home. They provided a beautiful selection of urns (many under $100) as well as jewelry options, including necklaces that hold ashes for $55. What truly touched my heart, though, were the keepsakes included with the cremation: a lock of her hair, a mold of her paw print, and an ink paw print card. My kids each picked necklaces with some of her ashes, which was incredibly special to them. The entire experience was considerate, quick, and heartfelt. It gave us peace of mind during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Heartland Pet Cremation went above and beyond for our family, and I am so thankful for the way they honored Rees. If you ever find yourself in need of these services, I cannot recommend them more highly.

Handled my 200 pound Great Dane, Sky, with care. Staff was wonderful. It made my grief a little less difficult through their kindness and empathy. Thank you so much. I love the paw prints and fur.

I can't say enough about heartland, my baby girl got her wings about a month ago. Me and my wife is so heart broken, but the people at heartland was very understanding and respectful about it. My Bella was treated with respect and kindness. Thank you heartland. The lady up front was very sweet and kind..thank you
