I can't say enough wonderful things about Friends and Family. We first spoke with Carla to get intital information about their services and felt instant peace when talking to her. She thoroughly explained the process of Aquamation to us and we instantly knew this would be a very peaceful and calm choice for our precious Lilly. Lilly was our wonderful little girl since the age of 8 weeks old and she gave us daily unconditional love and joy! We wanted to make sure that when her time was near that we did everything we could to make it all perfect peaceful for her. Lilly deserved the best! We knew our time with her was limited as she had become very ill at 18 years old. Carla assured us that when that time came that they would help us in any way possible, which is exactly what they did. A couple of weeks later, our precious Lilly passed on to the Rainbow Bridge on Sunday, October 12, 2025. We contacted Friends and Family and spoke to Laura who was so compassionate and put us immediately at ease in such a devastating moment in time. Laura and David arranged to meet us at their office any time that we wanted to come that day, which was a day they were closed for business. They even offered to come during off hours to pick Lilly up at our house, but we wanted to bring her ourselves and carry it all out til the very end for Lilly with her Mommy and Daddy. It was about 8pm that evening that we arrived at their business and we were met by David who was so kind to us and was eager to hear all about Lilly. He had a calming candle lit and the lighting was low in the business. David genuinely cared! He explained what was next to us and allowed to have as much time as we needed. A few days later, Carla got our Lilly home to us. Included was a beautiful wood carved urn, a clay pawprint ornament, ink nose and paw print, and a small glass bottle with clippings of her beautiful fur. We would never put a price on any of our dogs needs, but I must mention that we were pleasantly surprised at just how affordable this service was for all that was provided to us. I would highly recommend Friends and Family to anyone at a time of need for this service. It has been a time of extreme heartache for us and they indeed treated us like Friends and Family!

Our sweet boy Saint passed. This place was absolutely amazing. They were so compassionate. Also their place of business is absolutely beautiful, very welcoming in such a hard time in our family. Our keepsakes of our puppy are perfect. We are forever grateful for them. I highly recommend!

I could never recommend them enough. They are absolutely amazing people in there , that really listen to you through the pain of losing your baby. You can definitely tell they take it to heart and really love giving you the best treatment they can give for you and your best friend. Also very affordable , they truly take the extra mile and my baby will come home with a clay molding of his feet , fur trimmings, keepsakes and a urn .
