Faithful Companions Pet Cremation

I’d like to thank Faithful Companions for their kind service toward my baby Guinevere. From the very first phone call, their staff treated me and my beloved pet with compassion and respect. The care they showed throughout the process was very appreciated. They handled my pet’s cremation with dignity, and the memorial items they provided—like the paw prints—were beautiful and deeply meaningful. It was clear that they understand how important these moments are for families, and they go above and beyond to honor that bond. What stood out most was their empathy. They didn’t just provide a service; they offered comfort and made sure that your beloved pet's ashes is your baby. I am truly grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Faithful Companions helped turn a painful experience into one of remembrance and peace, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone facing the loss of a beloved pet. We built a memorial stand for our baby with her memories and toys.We miss her so much.

August 27th 2024, I lost my best friend of nearly 15 years. Faithful Companions are partners for cremation through my local vet and I opted to have them give her a proper cremation on her own with a few additions like a stone pawprint and nice urn. To my surprise, though a state over, my beautiful girl was returned to me the next day with ample communication throughout those 36 hours. I was even offered information on coping with loss should it have been needed. I cannot thank Faithful Companions more for their kindness, swiftness, and respect. I don't want to be in this position for a very long time, but when that time inevitably comes, I feel confident in knowing Faithful Companions will be there.

They really do care about you and your precious Family Members Furbaby. Tiffany was extremely caring and professional and didn’t force you into doing anything she literally listened and then she explained the options that Faithful Companions offered. You couldn’t ask for a more caring company than that. When they were on their way to Jefferson Animal Clinic Travis called to let us know that they would be delivering our wonderful companion of nearly 18 years to them. They cared for him in death as we did for him during his life. I highly recommend this company’s services because of their professionalism and their compassion.

Faithful Companions was just wonderful to work with, especially in such an unfortunate and devastating situation. They took care of our baby from start to finish and we have a beautiful big urn so he’s near us always. The paw prints and the snoot prints are also worth getting, believe me you will want them. The packaging was beautiful and you can see they take great care in what they do. Thank you for making our heartbreak a little easier! And thank you for giving our Loki the care he deserved in the end ❤️

I feel that Faithful Companions is too expensive. I feel that they take advantage of the pet owners, when we are the most hurt, heartbroken, and vulnerable at the loss of our fur babies. They add more cost to the already high priced packages for every little service or product that they can provide to make the homegoing of our pets "seem" more special. With so much greed going on, it makes me wonder if I really received the true ashes of my fur baby.
