I can’t say enough good things about my experience with the Cremation Society of Kentucky, especially Karrissa Collier. She went above and beyond to help me through the process after my dad passed away. Karrissa was incredibly professional, kind, and compassionate, and she made sure I understood every step of the process. She answered all of my questions with such patience and care, and her support brought so much comfort during such a difficult time. I’m deeply grateful for her help and the way she handled everything with such empathy and respect.

Death is never an easy task but Mrs Shanna Begley McLean made this entire process a whole lot easier for my family and I with her professionalism and sincere compassion. Honestly can't thank CSOK enough. They were sympathetic, caring, honest-just everything our family needed. You hate to think of pricing at a time of grief but compared to other services they were so fair and honest with their pricing. Through the process of making arrangements for our loved one we even decided to prepay for their services in the future. It's horrible to realize that the majority of funeral homes price gouge you at your biggest time of need for $10-$20k for a funeral when there are other options available for a little over $1k.

I would like to thank Karissa for her help and kindness during this difficult time. She was sincere and knowledgeable. All services that were agreed upon were delivered exactly as promised. I would, and will, highly recommend the Cremation Society of Kentucky to others.
