I can’t say enough good things about our experience. It’s scary trusting someone you don’t know to take care of something so beloved by you. It was obvious when we picked our girl up that they do what they do because it matters and that they care. I called them several times right after we lost our pet in absolute shambles. Between all my crying they were able to decipher what I was saying and verified all the services we wanted and were kind through the process. Thank you.

The staff at Borden took wonderful care both of my beautiful dachshund Katie Sue and our beloved goat, Wilson, this past year. The care and attention they give the animals is second to none. I highly recommend them to everyone in their time of need.

This facility was quick to respond and helpful when my pet passed after hours. I got him back today and the box is so beautiful. My only criticism is the clay paw print was not done well. the bottom paw pad was not impressed very well. luckily I had a second one done by a vet but I would have been very sad if I didn't. The ease of the process was nice and it was very timely. I would use them again but just hopefully they ensure good impressions on clay paws especially since you pay extra for them.

What upsets me Is that 170.00 you get a purple bag with ashes an the website said free hair clippings an we didnt receive that. Just truly breaks my heart that's all we got and have to pay so much more for paw print an what knot. When we lose our family pet we aren't in a right state of mind. Just not what I was expecting an I will never go through this again. Prayers to all
