Resthaven was so loving and caring in the way they took care of my sister. They made me and my family feel as if we were working with family to funeralize my sister. Ruth Southard and Lori Warf were absolutely the dearest and deepest wonderful women I have ever encountered for the arrangements of my sister's home going. These women are my friends and family. I recommend Resthaven from the planning stage to the actual home going services for any and everyone. We shall all pass through life's journey why not pass with people who care. Love you all.

Absolutely wonderful experience during one of the most heart breaking tiimes of my life, the passing of my beloved Dad. Everyone on staff was great to work with . Brittney S. Worked with us tirelessly for months and made the process bearable. She is an absolute pro and it is just natural. Thank you Britt and the entire staff! My dad's service was beautiful and his final resting place in the Cremation Garden is beautiful. My family cant thank you enough. God bless you always.

Very kind,gentle and efficient. Everything we requested was achieved with minimum fanfare. I appreciated the presence and management of the staff very much. Made the task of planning and organizing minor compared to the grieving and commemorative process. Perfect balance for my family. So appreciate their support.

Access to life insurance &/or other funds takes awhile, at least as long as it takes to get a death certificate. Nevertheless, the very next day after my family was in the ground, 10/31/25, Brittany called demanding the interment fee stating it must be paid THAT DAY. My husband & I scrambled to get together a check & get there only to meet their front doors locked at 4:40 PM. We knocked, because they are open until 5PM. No answer. At 4:45 we saw ALH Employees leaving, from the backside of the building. Brittany was one of them. I’m selling my remaining family plots, so I don’t have to ever again deal w/ Resthaven’s shady, untrustworthy employees. If you must deal with them, be sure to ask for a General Price List. The law requires they give it to you.

My husband and I have used the pre-paid plan. Brittney helped us with both plans. She was very helpful in all our decisions and questions The payment plan is very easy to do online or in person at Resthaven. I do recommend Brittney to assist anyone interested in this option.
