Not that I have much experience with funerals, but I can't imagine how the service and level of detail could have been any better. Brad was the consummate professional as he guided us through every step. The procession from funeral home to church to cemetery was well orchestrated and on time. Everything was handled with incredible dignity and care. Brad was on top of the entire event while also being extremely personable and understanding of our pain. He sought to understand the dynamics of our family to ensure inclusivity and comfort. No request was unanswered. That he was able to arrange the Churchill Downs bugler to play taps and then call to post (dad was a Navy veteran and a thoroughbred owner) was above and beyond. Overall the experience was professional while also very heartfelt and compassionate. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you!
