I recently purchased my first home about a month ago and needed some repairs done in the crawlspace. After doing some research, I decided to go with Charlie and his team at Aqua Lock From start to finish, they were incredibly communicative. They kept me updated on exactly when they’d be arriving and took the time to explain what they’d be doing. What really stood out to me was how thorough and detailed they were with their work, they clearly take pride in doing the job right the first time. They were also extremely professional throughout the entire process. When the job was complete, they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves, and even provided detailed pictures of the work so I could see exactly what was done. I would highly recommend Aqua Lock to anyone in need of this kind of work. I’ll absolutely be using them again for any future home I own. Aqua Lock was recommended to us by a family member in the real estate business. We requested an estimate for radon mitigation, crawl space sealing, and EZ Breathe ventilation. The response was courteous and prompt. Steven was available within a few days to assess our basement. The estimated costs were reasonable and we scheduled all three. We had to wait about 6 weeks because of their work load, but they arrived as scheduled and had all work completed in about 7 hours. The crew of Jose, Fito, and Jilivaldo were outstanding. Everything was done professionally, efficiently, with a thorough clean up afterwards. Jay, the owner, also stopped by a couple of times during the day. I offer my strongest possible recommendation for this company and their people.

I’m confident my basement is now waterproofed, but I’m very disappointed in how the project was wrapped up. Aqua Lock damaged my baseboards, cracked my fireplace, and left concrete and mud all over the walls and trim—so bad that the baseboards now need to be replaced. After 1.5 weeks, the production manager came by and cleaned the walls, but that was the extent of their follow-up. No one ever apologized or even acknowledged that I was upset about the damage. I expected much better professionalism and customer care. (They are "protected" in their vague/general contract, so if you hire. Do so with caution. I am sure they will try to discredit my review via their comments as they did with other negative reviews.)

We had a great experience with Aqualock! Jose, Jilivaldo, and Lainer showed up on time and got straight to work. They installed a new sump pump, added gravel to the crawl space, and dug a trench to help route the water properly. The whole crew worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite the entire time. Their manager even came by several times to check on the work and make sure everything was being done right. Highly recommend Aqualock for crawl space repairs!
