Excellent service. My first experience with this matter and everyone made me experience pleasurable. Like Carolina, who is charming, polite, professional and thorough. I had choices and I am soo happy I decided on Magnolia Crematorium! Thank you for hiring such nice people!

We had just recently lost our Mother. She had been on Hospice and at home care. I her daughter was the one taking care of her for the last 3 months of her life. In this tragic situation and not knowing the first thing as to what to do, Magnolia Cremations has been there to help with any questions I have had, and answered with due diligence. As stressful as times like this can be already, they have helped put my mind at ease that she was in good hands and taken care of. Even while filling out the paperwork, they were there to assist promptly. I am so Happy I came across them and went with them for My Beloved Mothers end of life wishes!! I just can't wait to have our Mother back with us!! With Great Appreciation from her family to Magnolia and their team!!

Shanna & the team were incredibly accommodating and helpful from start to finish. I imagine this job is incredibly difficult, with families going through so much after losing a loved one. Shanna made sure we were treated with kindness, grace, compassion & professionalism throughout the entire process.

Very courteous and very helpful staff. Excellent rates, pricing upfront with no surprises and no attempts to upsell. Made the experience as stress free as possible under the circumstances. Highly recommended.

Abby was wonderful to work with on the phone. She walked me through the online process and instructed me how to pay for the cremation very politely and professionally. I do not live locally, and it was a great help.
