Bluegrass Pet Crematorium

We brought my best friend Theodore here last Wednesday. The staff are 😇 Angels. I don't know how they do this job. They were so kind and understanding. They gave us time with him, they didn't push us to buy anything. Absolutely top notch individuals here. I greatly appreciate them in these heartwrenching times. Until we meet again my friend 🫂 ❤️

I just wanted to say I really appreciate this place. I work at a vet clinic that uses these services for our clients and I have always been impressed. But now that I've had to use services here personally, I can say I am so grateful. The level of genuine kindness and respect shown is amazing. I was of course dreading getting these remains back. But when I saw the sweet extra gesture of this beautiful paw print, I got to smile when I was expecting to cry. (To be fair, I also cried). Thank you for making sure my baby was well taken care of even after she had left me. I got to be confident in the way my little cow was handled and got some beautiful things back to remember her by.

I cannot thank the staff enough for the kindness & thoughtfulness they put into taking care of my beloved girl who passed very suddenly last week. My head was spinning and I didn’t even think to ask if the cremation included clay prints, and assumed I wasn’t going to get any. When I picked up her ashes from Med Vet and opened the bag to find the most precious prints I could’ve asked for, I couldn’t help but burst into tears as my heart flowed with gratitude. Thank you thank you for taking the time to make a beautiful memorial piece for my special girl.

I haven't even got his ashes back yet and am already giving them 5 stars. Very prompt and professional responses which make me feel like my pet & family are cared for and being taken care of. Edited 7.29.25: The crematorium picked Gus up on a Friday and he was returned back to us the following Monday. It was a sweet surprise to see they provided us with 2 paw print keepsakes. The quality & care they put into the entire process let me know he was well taken care of and it meant the world to us.

We lost our fourteen year old pup peacefully at home late last week, and we are not from the area. After some quick research, I cam upon Bluegrass and contacted them. They walked me through the next steps and options, and dispatched someone when we were ready to take care of the cremation process. We received his remains back in three days in a beautiful wooden box inside a soft bag, along with a cute paw print memory and some helpful resources. Thanks for making a difficult time much easier.
