While I have never experienced a funeral here, I work with them indirectly, and listening to the way that Kim spoke with the family of someone who had just passed told me everything I needed to know about who they are. She took her time, asked questions and gave condolences, and was able to help a grieving man on Christmas Eve feel like he was cared for. Having lost a partner myself, I wish I would have had the team at Affinity working with me

If you need a funeral home that makes you feel like family, Affinity All Faith's Mortuary is the one you need to contact. When my wife passed away I asked them to take her into their care. Pam and her staff helped me make the arrangements and find a Pastor to do the service. Pastor Dale helped us with arranging the service that my four daughters and son wanted for closure. After the service, I was told that if I had any question's, that I could contact them and get answers. This showed me they care about you like family after the service was finished. My wife was the 8th family member that Affinity has done services for. Will not consider any other funeral home to do my service.

Pamela helped our family through an extremely difficult situation. We lost our dad after a very brief illness and were still in shock over the loss. Pamela and the rest of the staff at Affinity treated us with such compassion and understanding while helping us through the cremation process.

Grief is tough on anyone. I lost both of my parents, unrelated circumstances, one day apart. I was beside myself and being young I had no idea what I was doing. The staff at Affinity All Faiths was very helpful and guided me through the process. It’s a strange thing to say, however they made this process very easy for my siblings and I. They were amazing in our time of need. Pamela was extremely kind and patient as we have 6 siblings coming together trying to agree on things. She was exceptional! This place was truly a god send for our time of need. The service was beautiful. My mother, looked just like my mother, for the viewing! Pam really took her time in my opinion to make this day “special “ for my siblings and I. They really took the time to listen and “get to know” the family and my mother. I’m forever Grateful for the beautiful home going and smooth process for my mother. I have attended multiple services at Affinity All Faiths, all had great compassion from the staff with very personable services. I greatly recommend this place.

The staff was kind, but continually dropped the ball. We filled out pre-planning paperwork online, nobody got it. We filled out pre-planning paperwork in the office, they lost it, so when my dad passed, they had nothing and we had to provide them copies of their own paperwork. They seemed to want to do the least possible work. We ended up having to arrange the burial with the cemetery, despite the fact that we had provided All Faith's with that information too. In a time when they should have been relieving our burden, it was doubled. The staff was kind, especially Shannon, but overall, I wouldn't recommend All Faiths to anyone.
