We had to put Zeus, our AMAZING, Spoiled, Lovable, GSD to rest 08/15/2025 due to complications with the disease megaesophagus. He was diagnosed in Nov/24, but in reality, he probably was dealing with it for 6 months prior. I would find a small amount of vomit every month or so that I contributed to eating grass. I had never heard of the disease, and hope no other dog has to go through what poor Zeus went through. We had managed to control the disease for eight months by feeding him five small watered down or liquified meals a day, but something in this last week turned like a switch, the vomiting returned, and then he stopped eating, and we knew we had to make the most humane decision for him...Our hearts are shattered and it seems that the pain of losing him will never go away. Rest In Peace, "Zeus", Zeuser, Zeussy, Buddy, Boi, Mr. Crazy, & Sweetheart...I hope we see you again someday....Love, Your Family

We lost our childhood dog of almost 17 years tragically after she was ran over by a car. I was the one who found her and it absolutely broke me and the trauma from seeing it has changed me. When we went to make arrangements for our girl Joe was the kindest most understanding man. He made this awful heartbreaking experience a little brighter with how helpful and patient and understanding he was. Koko was not in the best shape due to how she passed but he knew how badly we needed to say goodbye so he placed her under a blanket and gave us our space and time to say goodbye. Because of him letting us do that despite her condition we feel better in our hearts knowing that we got closure and were able to touch our baby one last time. There were so many beautiful options for urns and memorial pieces and we were able to pick the perfect options to keep our girls memory alive. we owe Joe and the company as a whole the biggest thank you for taking such good care of us and our baby girl.

On the most heartbreaking day of my life, the owner and staff showed extraordinary compassion and dedication. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comforted, and that my beloved pet and guardian was treated with the utmost care, dignity, and respect in her final moments. I will forever be grateful for their kindness during such a difficult time.

The employees on the phone were wonderful and compassionate during such a difficult time. There was a business discussion in the lobby when we went to pick up our dog about how many pets are received per month and how well business is doing, and I think employees should have those conversations away from customers who are waiting. But I'm still giving 5 stars and I would use them again if I needed to.

I wish I didn't have the opportunity to review this company but I have used them twice in 2 months. They are the kindest, most professional, caring, amazing people I could ever hope to deal with in such an unexpected sad moment. The facility is beautiful. The staff feel like they have counseling degrees with as amazing as they handled everything. They work with you around unexpected afterhours timelines. And they are actually affordable with very high quality services. I hope all the pet owners have a LONG time before you ever have to consider this but think of Trusted Journey when the time comes. You won't regret it! They hold a place in my heart forever!
