Elizabeth was our funeral director for my grandmother's and she was incredible. She made sure our cultural and religious needs were met and accommodated and that we were always comfortable during the difficult time. Her and lakeview were very communicative and made sure things got done efficiently and professionally.

From the beginning, when we met Michelle and other Lakeview staff, my sisters and I had an excellent experience in planning our Mothers funeral and Graveside Ceremony with Michelle.as well as carrying out the plans. Michelle, lead us through the planning and decision making process with such tenderness and support. She assisted us each step of the way. She was incredibly patient and helpful. She’s very positive, professional and excellent in her work. During Moms Funeral and Graveside Ceremony, Michelle and other staff were always a step ahead guiding us through the day with such kindness, patience and grace. They focused on the details and kept things moving along so we could focus on our family and friends and just being there at our precious Moms Funeral. That gave us strength for the day. The day went so well, we felt honored and cared for. Mom was honored and treated with respect and gentleness. Lakeview staff understand the importance of the Celebration of a life well lived and how to minister to the grieving family. This was our second experience with Lakeview. We went through this process 3 years ago for our sweet Dad. That was also an incredible experience of honoring his life. When people grieve the loss of a loved one,we need a professional and kind staff to walk alongside us. That is what we were given at Lakeview.

I can wholeheartedly say that the funeral home and cemetery are the best hands down. From the entire sales process (sales and death do not sound good together but this is a business who really do care about ensuring you make the best choice for your deceased loved one) through the funeral planning and implementation - attention to detail was paid all the way through and the staff there make it easy as well as provide you care and comfort during a difficult time. We had an amazing Celebration of Life on the premises and the Funeral Director took care of all parties involved with the funeral mass and committal. I truly appreciate Michelle (Funeral Director) and Cynthia (Coordinator Advocate) for their attention to detail and support. Not just those two but everyone we have interacted with at the funeral home have been tremendous and have given us grace and comfort. Lastly, if you haven’t seen the cemetery, it’s probably one of the most visually beautiful scenery - calming and peaceful.

I would not recommend. It took years to finalize details. We were owed money for an overpayment and it took 3 months and several documents to get the payment. This is just a small glimpse of the lack of customer service and disorganization we experienced.

I have used Lakeview before , my mother and brother are there and have niches, also my sister has a niche, we are very picky people, but we loved them and their staff is considerate and kind.
