Michael was equally thoughtful, guiding us through the process with care and respect. Their warmth, sincerity, and dedication made a very painful situation so much easier to manage. Our family decided to go with Cochran based on the initial phone call we had with them. We asked a lot of questions (of them and of the couple of other places we called as well) and Michael was the most professional, detail-oriented, attentive and respectful. And from there, the rest of the experience with Cochran upheld those standards. Veronica was super helpful and provided us with bilingual services and helped my family understand everything.
