Mike's professionalism and kindness made an extremely difficult time a little bit easier. I don't know why you'd go anywhere else if you're looking for a simple cremation. I called several places, and Affordable Cremations was the most transparent and easiest to work with. We were still in shock from my dad's sudden passing and didn't even know what questions to ask, but Mike provided all the information up front, explained how everything worked, what the timelines would be, etc. He provided several options, but did not pressure us into any up charges. He was extremely responsive to email and phone call questions. He even went above-and-beyond when there was some confusion with the florist, and he personally made sure we had the flowers sent at our celebration of life gathering.
