Cruz made the task of planning the unexpected plans for my daughter a lot easier. He helped figure out what we wanted the obituary to say, helped us find a church to hold her service and even did his best to keep everything done within the amount of money we had available. The compassion that he showed was so comforting during this horrible time for us!

This was my third time using Advantage (Dignity). Brandy Evans did a fantastic job. We had a little bump along the way but Brandy went above and beyond to correct it. They never rushed us even though we had late flights come in. They worked around our hiccups. Brandy allowed me to take control which is important to a control freak like myself. I am forever grateful and will always use Advantage (dignity). Thank you Brandy and team.

Our family had to use advantage to care for my daughter and her boyfriend after they was killed in a head on collision (totally not her fault). Ron was the one who we worked with. He was very sympathetic, knowledgeable and completely understanding of everything we needed. Both families came together to have a joint funeral, the price was extremely reasonable he was completely transparent with all services and pricing. I would definitely recommend using them, and will use again when need comes up in the future

Where.do I begin,When they picked my son up. From corners .they did not give me my son's belongings..im supposed to get my son's clothes whatever my son had on him. .then I was promised my son's ashes will go to only me..Ron took upon himself and slit my son's ashes so my son's dad get half..his father barley cared about my son..and I was promised only I will get them..my son step aunt paid for cremation..i understand his aunt is family from dad's side family .Ron still shouldn't of spit my son's ashes.also took almost 2 1/2 weeks for my son finally get cremated..Ron never 1's called me for any updates.my daughter and myself called every couple days for update.I was able to see my son for 1 hour the 2 weeks they had him....Ron never showed up.Restheaven was so rude ..finally Ron called my son's aunt after he was cremated.said he's ready to be picked up..his aunt lives in southern California and I'm in Wichita. she's not his mother..my son's aunt asked Ron if he called his mother? Ron said not yet ,he will call me next..but he never called me..i rushed there and picked my son up. Ron said come over here sign this and u can take ur son..he stoped and said well u take half ur son home..i was so pisssed.so my experience with Advantage Funeral sucked Ron is a joke..never again

Absolutely loved Ron. Very personable, read my personality well to determine how to interact with me. Read my husband well too for how to interact with him. Super friendly, zero pressure. We had some minor miscommunication about death certificates, but Ron kept me informed and was resolved with no issue. Cruz was professional and polite the little I spoke with him. I also like that the Advantage location is set up more like a comfortable office space and well lit vs a dark and somber traditional funeral home. I was already grieving and the well lit comfortable space was a welcome surprise. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will use again if need arises.
