They were incredibly easy to work with. I live 2 1/2 hours away and, via phone and email, I was able to prearrange my mother's cremation and have everything paid for in advance. I appreciate that I could make her obit as long as I felt was needed. I really appreciate how smooth the process was and how professional they are.
My grandpa died today at 12:30 not only did they not provide any service they refused to come pickup my grandpas body from his house they say they can travel 60 miles the house he was at was within 40. They decided to not do their duty as posted and help a greiving wife and a house full of children and grandchildren who waited there for a hour with the body. to hear the news that nobody was coming. Id give you lower ratings if possible. Way to go.
