Mr. Johnson, We just picked up ashes from Family Pet (West Branch) of our dear Sasha. It's been really hard having to say goodbye to our friend of 14years. I want you to know that when my husband walked into the house with that clay paw print, my heart simply burst. It's just an absolute treasure and was an unexpected surprise. Saying goodbye was hard, but gosh, did this lovely memorial make me smile. Thank you so much. I will be sure to refer other pet owners to your services.
